VoxelBox Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to VoxelBox! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any VoxelBox services, you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.


2. Services Provided

VoxelBox offers rental services for game servers including, but not limited to, Minecraft, FiveM, ARK, Rust, and more. These servers may be hosted on dedicated hardware owned and operated by VoxelBox, including servers maintained in a residential or non-commercial facility.


3. Service Availability

VoxelBox aims to maintain a 99.5% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Since we may operate from home-based infrastructure:

  • Power outages, ISP disruptions, or local hardware maintenance may result in temporary downtime.

  • Maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

  • Emergency issues may be resolved on a best-effort basis without prior notice.


4. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use our services for any illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hosting pirated game servers or unauthorized copyrighted content.

  • Launching DDoS attacks or using the server for packet flooding.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.

  • Hosting any content that violates local, state, or federal law.

Abuse of services will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.


5. Server Performance and Limitations

While we strive to offer high-performance game servers:

  • Performance may vary depending on local residential bandwidth and server load.

  • Shared hosting means your server may share hardware resources with others.

  • You are responsible for optimizing your game configuration and mods/plugins.


6. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are due at the time of order.

  • Services will be suspended automatically for non-payment after a grace period of 3 days.

  • We offer a 48-hour refund policy for new clients. After this period, all sales are final.

Chargebacks will result in immediate termination and a permanent ban from our services.


7. Data Retention and Backups

  • VoxelBox performs routine backups for infrastructure integrity.

  • Clients are responsible for making their own backups of critical game data.

  • In the event of hardware failure or data corruption, we will attempt recovery but do not guarantee data restoration.


8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate our terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

  • You become abusive to staff or other clients.

  • You engage in activity that threatens the security, availability, or reputation of our services.


9. Privacy

  • We collect minimal user data (e.g., email, IP address, payment details) required for account management and billing.

  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required by law.


10. Residential Hosting Disclaimer

By subscribing to VoxelBox, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Some services are hosted from a residential server environment.

  • Certain limitations (like dynamic IP changes, physical maintenance time, or local ISP throttling) may affect uptime or latency.

  • While we take professional measures to ensure security and performance, this is not a Tier III datacenter and does not offer redundant power/cooling/network systems.


11. Support

  • Support is offered via ticket system and email.

  • We aim to respond within 12 hours, though times may vary.

  • Emergency support (e.g., total downtime) will receive priority.


12. Modifications

VoxelBox reserves the right to modify this ToS at any time. Clients will be notified via email or panel dashboard of material changes. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.


13. Limitation of Liability

VoxelBox shall not be held liable for any loss of data, profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
