By connecting to any VoxelBox game server, Discord server, or website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
2. Code of Conduct
- Treat others with respect — no harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted bullying.
- Do not use cheats, exploits, or automation tools that give unfair advantages.
- Do not share or post explicit, offensive, or malicious content.
- Respect admin directions and server rules for each game category.
- Do not impersonate staff or misrepresent your identity.
- Ban evasion, multi-account abuse, or circumventing moderation is prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account bans.
3. Server Access & Availability
VoxelBox servers are provided on a best-effort basis. While we aim for maximum uptime, maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or external failures beyond our control.
4. User Content & Ownership
Any builds, screenshots, or creative content you share through VoxelBox services remain your property. By sharing them, you grant VoxelBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature, display, or promote them (e.g., community showcases or social media posts) with appropriate credit.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect limited gameplay and system data (such as logs and metrics) necessary to maintain server performance and security. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it’s protected. Privacy-related requests are handled through our Discord ticket system at discord.gg/voxelbox.
6. Paid Services & Refunds
If VoxelBox introduces optional paid services (e.g., game server hosting, merch, or 3D prints), refunds will only be granted for clear technical errors, defective items, or accidental double-charges. Custom 3D print and digital service sales are final once production or delivery begins.
7. Administrative Rights
VoxelBox staff reserve the right to monitor activity, enforce rules, and take necessary action — including warnings, suspensions, or bans — to protect community integrity. Actions taken by admins or moderators are final unless otherwise reviewed by leadership.
8. Modifications to These Terms
We may revise or update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and major changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continued use of VoxelBox services after any change means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Liability Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is.” VoxelBox makes no guarantees regarding server uptime, data persistence, or compatibility with third-party mods or software. We are not liable for loss of progress, data corruption, or damages resulting from external systems or user negligence.

For moderation appeals, feedback, or disputes, please open a ticket on our Discord via discord.gg/voxelbox. All official correspondence and moderation records are handled within our Discord systems.
